Job summary

Intuitive, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Learning Content Specialist in Sunnyvale. You will develop learning content with SMEs, manage projects, and deliver training for usability evaluations.

You will work with eLearning tools (Rise, Storyline, Camtasia) and collaborate across Human Factors, ISU, and Seismic platforms. A degree in ID/Ed/Science & Engineering is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Ability to sign off on technical/clinical content.
• Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and assessments.
• Demonstrated use of adult learning theory.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and other ID professionals.
• Ability to follow ID processes, templates and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail in all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update learning content.
• Develop and manage project deliverables for on-time delivery.
• Deliver training for usability evaluations and train-the-trainers.
• Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables.
• Partner with LMS admins to implement content on Intuitive platforms.
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Present findings in cross-functional meetings.
