Job summary

RGP is seeking a Manager, Learning Experience Design & Digital Learning Solutions to drive client delivery across learning strategy, instructional design, digital adoption, and multimedia learning. You will lead workstreams, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate complex needs into engaging, measurable experiences that drive adoption and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of instructional design, learning experience design or related consulting work.
Hands-on design of e-learning, video-based, blended and microlearning solutions.
Experience leading client workstreams with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements on learning transformation, design, adoption, and capability development.
Design across ILT, virtual, blended, microlearning, e-learning, and video formats.
Translate requirements into learner-centered, measurable solutions.
Develop executive strategies, roadmaps, and program materials for teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define future-state learning experiences and standards.
Create engaging digital assets: e-learning modules, simulations, videos, infographics.
Establish governance, templates, accessibility, and quality controls.
Lead training, change management, communications, and adoption activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into broader programs.
Build client relationships and contribute to thought leadership and proposals.
Drive development: scripting, storyboarding, media production, testing, deployment.
