Job summary

IRIS Software Group seeks a Content Designer / Digital Learning Designer to create practical digital learning for thousands of customers. You’ll partner with Product Owners, SMEs and customer teams to understand products, problems and adoption needs, then translate insights into effective learning assets.

You will build online courses, instructional copy, screen captures and video scripts, while keeping content current as products change.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital learning, customer education or software training content.
• Ability to explain software/tools in clear, user-friendly terms.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, SMEs or technical teams before content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design online courses and learning pathways for customers.
• Produce clear instructional copy, scripts, and visuals.
• Create screenshots, screencasts and short videos to support learning.
• Develop knowledge checks, quizzes and assessments.
• Maintain accuracy of learning content as products evolve.
