Job summary

AMH is seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to craft high-quality, performance-driven content across multiple modalities in Las Vegas. You will design learner-centered solutions that simplify complex processes into clear, actionable experiences, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver scalable assets that reinforce organizational priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of corporate instructional design, proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in instructional design.
3+ years of corporate instructional design lifecycle experience.
2-3 years across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended).
Proficiency with authoring/design tools (Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe CC, MS 365).
Experience creating/editing videos (screen-capture, editing tools).
Knowledge of adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM, and evaluation basics.
Experience supporting ILT programs with facilitator/participant guides.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops multi-modal learning content (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended).
Produces scripts, storyboards, and assets aligned with brand, governance, accessibility.
Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements and refine solutions.
Updates content reflecting process or system changes and participates in reviews.
