Job summary

DN is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to build and scale Learning & Enablement within Talent Management & HR Technology. You will craft field-ready programs, curricula, and eLearning content for both office and field audiences, partnering with HRBPs and Operations to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll apply adult learning principles, develop diverse materials, and maintain governance across DN platforms while driving measurable outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or related field.
• 3+ years designing learning programs, curricula, or enablement resources.
• Experience with blended learning: eLearning, ILT, virtual training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences.
• Translate business priorities and stakeholder input into learning roadmaps and objectives.
• Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, guides, videos, and job aids.
• Partner with Operations, HR Business Partners and People Team to identify needs and implement solutions.
• Equip HRBPs and program owners with guidance and talking points to reinforce learning.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning strategies to create measurable solutions.
• Support field training pathways and maintain governance standards for materials.
• Build and maintain learning content in DN’s platforms and repositories.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on learning technology and content development tools.
• Travel as required for onboarding and ongoing roles.
