Job summary

Benchmark International’s global headquarters in Tampa is seeking an experienced Training Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging learning experiences across onboarding, development, sales enablement, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to translate complex business concepts into learner-focused materials and deliver via instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning formats.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years in instructional design, L&D, or corporate training.
Experience creating instructor-led and eLearning programs for adult learners.
SCORM-compliant courses with Articulate 360 or iSpring Suite.
Strong instructional writing, editing, and visual presentation skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and LMS.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent collaboration across all levels and stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools for content development (Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM).
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; preferred in sales/professional services training.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning programs.
Collaborate with SMEs across M&A, Marketing, Operations, HR, Technology, and Leadership.
Translate complex business concepts into learner-focused materials.
Create SCORM‑compliant courses using Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, or similar tools.
Develop facilitator guides, workbooks, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
Maintain training documentation and content libraries in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Develop onboarding curricula and ongoing development programs across departments.
Identify training needs with leadership and evaluate learning effectiveness.
Support internal communications, process documentation, and knowledge management.
Utilize AI-assisted content tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Stay current on instructional design methodologies and industry best practices.
Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Comply with company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
