DN Tanks LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to build DN's Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. You will design practical, field-forward learning experiences that strengthen role readiness, employee capability, and adoption of talent programs across DN.

This role partners with HR Business Partners, Operations, and People Team to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions that fit field and office environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and developing learning programs and enablement resources.
• Experience with blended learning: eLearning, ILT, virtual training, job aids, and guides.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and workplace application.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences.
• Translate stakeholder input into practical learning roadmaps and content outlines.
• Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, guides and job aids.
• Partner with Operations and HR to identify needs and ensure field-office applicability.
• Apply instructional design and learner experience principles to create measurable solutions.
• Maintain learning content in DN's platforms and ensure accuracy and governance.
