Job summary

Innovative Hematology, Inc. seeks a Learning Experience Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of education programs across learning systems. You will manage LMS modules, create engaging e-learning content, and ensure alignment with objectives and standards.

The role emphasizes learner-centric design, technical development, and data-driven improvement, with hybrid work between the Indianapolis office and home. Relevant healthcare education experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience supporting learning systems and instructional design.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Experience with HealthStream, iSpring, MS Teams, SharePoint, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Support journey mapping, development, and maintenance of education programs.
• Format, publish, assign, and maintain education modules in LMS.
• Develop e-learning content with iSpring from PowerPoint and SME content.
• Ensure modules align with objectives and standards.
• Track completion, reporting, and competency records.
• Support Teams Education events and virtual learning activities.
• Manage education resource libraries and version control.
• Coordinate education-related communications and events.
