Job summary

Housing Forward is seeking a Training and Performance Specialist to join the Performance Management team in Dallas. You will plan, develop, and deliver training for the All Neighbors Coalition, including HMIS and CoC best practices, across direct service providers.

Under the Training Manager, you will manage LMS courses, coordinate schedules, and create instructional materials while staying current with HUD HMIS data standards and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training Development or related field or 2 years of work experience
• Experience with training development and end-user documentation is preferred
• Experience as a trainer for online platforms is preferred
• Familiarity with HUD HMIS Data Standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate programmatic training for direct service providers
• Coordinate and facilitate HMIS training on data standards and local best practices
• Schedule and plan synchronous training sessions
• Instructor for eLearning courses in the LMS
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate delivery of training materials
• Maintain proficiency with training team tech stack and updates
• Participate in CoC and HMIS workgroup meetings
• Support development of new training opportunities using ADDIE
• Provide personalized training and technical assistance as needed
• Travel to partner sites as required
