Valid Texas State Driver’s License required.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a Public Housing Authority (PHA), affordable housing organization, governmental agency, or public sector environment.Experience supporting Yardi Voyager or comparable enterprise software platforms.Experience developing role-based curriculum and organizational learning programs.Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, business process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.Background as an educator, instructional designer, workforce development specialist, corporate trainer, or learning consultant.Experience utilizing learning technologies and digital training platforms.Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Human Resources are desirable.
