Job summary

Busey Bank in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Learning Partner to ensure operational effectiveness and support timely delivery of quality training for Busey associates. You’ll onboard new hires, coordinate monthly training series, and manage the Busey University training calendar, collaborating with HR, Wellness and lines of business under the Professional and Leadership Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Talent Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of training or facilitation experience.
• Experience supporting or leading onboarding, training programs, or learning initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate standing monthly training sessions and ongoing training series.
• Facilitate associate onboarding programs, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and highquality experience for new hires.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs as needed using adult learning principles and a variety of delivery methods (inperson, virtual, and blended).
• Manage and maintain the Busey University training calendar in collaboration with the Professional and Leadership Development team, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely advertising and communication with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute inperson training events, including logistics, materials, room setup, technology needs, and participant communications.
• Serve as an administrative point person for niche or specialized Professional and Leadership Development initiatives.
• Organize team meetings, planning sessions, and special occasions.
• Serve as a Brand and Communications ambassador for the Professional and Leadership Development team, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and customerfacing materials.
• Produce, edit, and maintain training videos and multimedia content to support learning initiatives and ondemand resources.
• Ensure training materials and communications align with organizational brand standards and reinforce a positive associate experience.
• Analyze training survey data and feedback, identifying trends and summarizing key themes and insights for leadership and stakeholders, especially as it applies to new associate onboarding.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend enhancements based on data, feedback, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Professional and Leadership Development and HR partners to align training efforts with organizational goals and workforce needs.
