Job summary

Ephrata National Bank is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Partner to design, implement, and evaluate programs for ENBU. You will partner with SMEs, lead workshops, and manage internal initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities include onboarding, content development, and driving learning strategy across the bank. The role requires a strong background in instructional design, LMS management, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in training and organizational development, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with LMS and instructional design software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate/Storyline).
• Proven ability to present to large groups and lead training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Facilitate learning workshops and programs.
• Execute and manage internal programs and ensure effective development.
• Assess, design, implement, and facilitate ENBU learning programs.
• Lead onboarding and culture programs and administer the LMS.
