Boston University’s Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) seeks a Learning & Event Technology Specialist II focused on AV repair and maintenance to join our energetic, diverse team on the Charles River campus. The role supports classrooms and events, with in-house installs and collaboration with external partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AV/IT experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AV/IT experience in a support role (fellowships or training considered).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II AV repair and maintenance in classrooms and spaces.
• Assist with system commissioning and integration with external partners and in-house staff.
• Support events and meetings, including scheduling and on-site diagnostics during evenings/weekends when needed.
