Boston University’s Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) is seeking a Learning & Event Technology Specialist II with a focus on AV repair and maintenance to join our energetic, diverse campus team. LETS supports AV installation, repair and maintenance across the Charles River campus, coordinating with external partners and handling digital signage and projection equipment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of AV/IT experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in AV/IT support; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Support AV repair and maintenance of spaces with Crestron systems.
• Assist with system installations when needed and coordinate with integrators.
• Work evenings and some weekends/holidays as required.
• Collaborate with facilities staff and campus partners.
