Qualifications

• 3–5 years' AV/IT support experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with AV repair and maintenance of Crestron systems in-room and via virtual control.
• Support meetings, events, and teaching with classroom technology.
• Collaborate with external integrators, facilities staff, and trades on projects.
• Occasional evenings, weekends or holidays for accessibility and diagnostics.
