Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Learning & Enablement professional to support end-to-end program delivery, coordinate training calendars, and document schedules.

You will partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, facilitate sessions, track milestones, and report training performance.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Enablement, training, enablement, program coordination or related field.
• Proven facilitation and presentation abilities in diverse settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 0–2 years with a master's degree
• Experience in Learning & Enablement, training, enablement, program coordination, or a related field
• Effective facilitation skills, including contextual and social awareness, adaptability, active listening
• Organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of project management practices
