Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to facilitate training for Indiana public assistance programs. You will apply adult learning principles and instructional design to deliver engaging classroom instruction, assess learner needs, and track progress.

The role requires strong facilitation, collaboration with state partners, and the ability to adapt delivery methods for different audiences to improve learning outcomes. Onsite position in West Lafayette, IN.

Qualifications

• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design to develop and deliver engaging training.
• Ability to assess learner needs, track progress, and adjust delivery methods accordingly.
• Experience facilitating training in classroom, virtual, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions using adult learning theories and established processes.
• Lead open discussions and drive learner engagement in varied environments.
• Adapt delivery methods based on audience needs and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with state partners and project staff to support shared learning goals.
• Track learner progress and maintain accurate class records.
