Hammond Lumber Company is seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join the Training Team to support employee development, onboarding, and operational consistency across locations. The Trainer will collaborate with branch leadership, department managers, and staff to deliver training programs and reinforce company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate instructor-led training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Conduct branch visits to support employee development and training needs.
• Coach and mentor employees, supervisors, and managers on processes and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials and resources.
• Support LMS administration and training documentation.
• Monitor training completion and ensure compliance.
• Identify performance gaps with branch management and propose solutions.
• Provide feedback to Training Manager on effectiveness and improvements.
• Support training initiatives, rollouts, and special projects.
