Hammond Lumber Company is seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join the Training Team. This role supports employee development, onboarding, and consistency across locations.

The Trainer will collaborate with branch leadership and managers to deliver programs and reinforce standards, helping teams build essential skills. Qualifikationen

• Experience in a leadership, supervisory, training, or departmental role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and present information confidently.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and company software systems.
• Willingness to travel to company locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate instructor-led training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions
• Conduct branch visits to support employee development and operational training needs
• Coach and mentor employees, supervisors, and managers on company processes and best practices
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials, guides, and learning resources
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training documentation
• Monitor training completion and help ensure compliance with required training programs
• Partner with branch management to identify performance gaps and recommend training solutions
• Provide feedback to the Training Manager regarding training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
• Support company training initiatives, rollouts, and special projects
