Job summary

City of Bellevue is seeking a Learning and Development Training Specialist to support HR objectives through effective administration of training, development, performance management, and tuition reimbursement programs. The role manages LMS and Performance Management System configurations, user support, and cross-functional requests.

The position requires independent judgment, the ability to build job aids, oversee vendor contracts, and deliver orientation and trainings citywide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR, system administration, learning and development or related program work.
• Experience with contracts, vendor management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administers LMS, Performance Management System, and Tuition Reimbursement Program.
• Configures system permissions, data, records, and updates; troubleshoots issues.
• Coordinates vendor contracts, invoices, and stakeholder communications.
• Develops and delivers citywide orientation, trainings, job aids, and program communications.
• Manages training assignments to ensure compliance and supports cross-functional requests.
