• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Proficient in LMS administration and reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage LMS and generate reports to measure impact.
• Collaborate with L&D and operations to align programs with goals.
• Travel to subsidiaries as needed.
