Job summary

Chimes International LTD is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to design and deliver training programs across the organization. The role involves creating eLearning modules, leading instructor-led sessions, and ensuring training aligns with organizational goals.

You will manage the LMS, generate reports, and assess training effectiveness while staying current with industry trends. Collaboration with the L&D team and traveling to various subsidiaries may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Outlook, MS Suite, LMS platforms: strong communication, organization, prioritization, and ability to shift priorities.
• Ability to develop and manage learning materials, train delivery, and evaluate impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing customized training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
• Deliver engaging training to employees in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with L&D team and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure training impact.
• Conduct training needs assessments and communicate with operations.
• Assist the Learning and Development Director to complete priorities and maintain standards.
• Work independently or with teams across Chimes subsidiaries; travel as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Chimes programs and staff development needs.
