Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs for staff.
• Assess training needs, create curriculums, and coordinate delivery and evaluation.
• Develop training manuals, guides, and reporting to measure progress.
