  • Collaboration- Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design.
  • Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.
  • User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.
  • Facilitates routine offerings, develops low complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings. Supports P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development.
  • Ability to travel between Cincinnati Children's locations.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Expected Starting Pay Range$53,705.60 - $67,142.40*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
