Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join the Emp Experience & Development team in Lincoln Building. This day-shift, full-time role focuses on designing and delivering adult learning programs and facilitating sessions for diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor training outcomes, and support end-user needs while ensuring service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• No work experience required.

• Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.
• User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training and Facilitations- Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic, monitoring training effectiveness for end users.

• Program Development- Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials.

• Collaboration- Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design.

• Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.

• User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.

Facilitates routine offerings, develops low complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings. Supports P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development. Ability to travel between Cincinnati Children’s locations.
