Job summary

Florida Virtual School seeks a Specialist, Learning & Development to design and deliver New Employee Training and ongoing professional learning. You will facilitate sessions for instructional staff, analyze needs, and align programs with organizational goals.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver effective online training tailored for adult learners and teachers. Responsibilities include creating onboarding materials, evaluating training outcomes, and supporting a national growth strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience leading professional learning at school, district, or corporate level.
• Experience in online teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, facilitate, and adjust New Employee Training for onboarding.
• Plan and provide training programs for adult learners.
• Lead professional learning communities and annual learning conference.
• Evaluate training quality using data and adjust practices as needed.
