Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Specialist, Learning & Development to design and deliver impactful training programs. The role will host our new hire orientation and onboarding, focusing on a customer service culture and strong alignment with the company’s mission.

The work schedule is hybrid with in-office days up to four per week. Responsibilities include managing the LMS, collaborating with HR partners, and evaluating training needs to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience in human resources with a focus on learning and development.
• Experience in training content creation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Support a customer service culture through targeted training initiatives.
• Manage the LMS to monitor compliance and organizational structure.
• Collaborate with HR partners to assess training needs and source solutions.
