You will facilitate internal sessions and support personal and professional growth across Goodwill’s multi-county footprint. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in LMS administration and instructional design, plus proficiency with Articulate, Zoom, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or related field or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in LMS administration and training facilitation.
• Proficiency with learning platforms and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (GW Learning).
• Design and facilitate training sessions, in-person and virtual across the 28-county region.
• Prepare materials, manage calendars, registrations, and on-site IT support.
