The Mom Project is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on a contract basis to support a global information, services and media business. The role is hybrid and can be performed from Charlotte, NC or NYC, NY with three days on-site (Tuesdays anchor days) and two days flexibly chosen by the employee.
You will design and develop multi-modal training, write technical instructions, deliver instructor-led programs, and measure learning impact in collaboration with the User Experience team.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid. Candidates can work out of Charlotte, NC or NYC, NY.
3 days onsite. Tuesdays are anchor days, employees choose the other two days they work onsite.
