You will craft engaging content and resources, coordinate programs, and collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to deliver relevant, accessible learning across the firm. The role emphasizes turning ideas into engaging learning experiences, managing multiple projects, and embracing new technologies to support continuous growth and skill

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience creating engaging presentations and digital content.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies, including AI.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and execute firm-wide learning programs across the organization.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications to stay on track.
• Create engaging learning materials and digital resources for learners.
• Develop instructor-led, self-guided, virtual, and digital learning experiences.
• Support onboarding and leadership development through learning initiatives.
• Coordinate external learning partners and vendors.
