Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, evaluate, and improve learning programs for business professionals. You will work with SMEs to create impactful modules, lead initiatives, and measure outcomes using learning analytics.

The role requires five years in L&D, strong instructional design, and proficiency with LMS platforms, plus experience delivering instructor-led and online programs in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of five years in learning and development.
• Experience designing online modules with authoring tools.
• Certified for design/delivery of team-building or PD programs.
• Experience leading project teams and cross-functional contributors.
• Leadership development programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze skill gaps and opportunities; align learning solutions to business needs.
• Design and develop learning materials and reference content.
• Lead assigned learning projects and coordinate with SMEs and teams.
• Administer LMS; maintain portals and content distribution.
• Support on-site and virtual events, scheduling, marketing, and evaluations.
