Job summary

The Centers is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive training initiatives, manage Relias LMS, and develop engaging learning content. You will facilitate sessions for diverse audiences and support organizational learning priorities across service areas.

You will maintain training records, produce compliance reports, and coordinate logistics while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with our culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years in training delivery, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Relias; healthcare/nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver trainings including new hire orientation and organizational programs.
• Manage Relias LMS tasks, enrollments, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Develop and update courses, training materials, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure quality/accessible learning resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
