Camden National Bank is seeking an Education & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver learning content from onboarding to ongoing development. You will work with a high‑performing team in a fast-paced environment and create new content, manage LMS administration, and deliver diverse curriculums.

The role emphasizes collaboration, inclusive development, and measurement of program impact, with variety of delivery methods and biannual testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in design, coaching, teaching and facilitation.
• Experience with LMS or systems administration; ability to create eLearning content.
• Proficiency with MS Office and video creation/editing software.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across business lines to identify developmental needs and design learning solutions.
• Coordinate LMS content, onboarding, compliance training, and program delivery.
• Influence talent development to align with company goals and inclusive culture.
• Analyze education programs with benchmarks, report findings quarterly/annually.
• Deliver content via in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats; develop job aids.
• Maintain Workday LMS content, reporting, and stakeholder support.
