Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or technical writing or related field.
• 2+ years developing curricula, instructional programs, or large technical trainings.
• Manufacturing training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with goals.
• Maintain training records and LMS content, including reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with SMEs, managers, and HR to identify needs.
• Deliver new hire orientation and ongoing development sessions.
• Coordinate internal programs and support external workshops as needed.
• Monitor participation, completion, and training effectiveness.
• Provide LMS user support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain training calendar and matrix across departments.
• Support NDA compliance tracking and sitewide training requirements.
• Assist with audits and supplier training activities.
• Update intranet resources, forms, and HR information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
