Foxconn Assembly, LLC seeks a strategic Senior HR Generalist to lead HR and workplace support for a manufacturing business unit. You will partner with leaders to guide investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation while overseeing recruitment, onboarding and HR systems.

You will balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on, day-to-day site operations, coaching managers and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP) and HR reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR operations for the business unit, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management and policy interpretation.
• Manage HR systems, employee records and workforce metrics to support decisions.
• Oversee workplace and administrative support services and vendor coordination.
• Partner with Corporate HR to implement HR strategies aligned with objectives.
