Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations with facilities coordination and some leadership.
• Strong organizational planning and the ability to lead, coordinate, and oversee multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise General Service Administrators and Employee Service Specialists, manage scheduling and coaching.
• Oversee GS vendors (janitorial, vending) to ensure consistent service across buildings.
• Monitor SLAs, address issues, drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate vendor quotations, perform cost analysis, approve purchase requests within limits.
• Ensure vendor access, security, safety compliance.
• Manage NDAs for onsite GS vendors, track completion and compliance.
• Review timecards and invoices for onsite janitors bi-weekly.
• Coordinate facility setups and renovations, including equipment purchases and maintenance.
• Oversee company cell phone program—inventory, usage, cost control.
• Lead logistics for executives, guests, cross-site travel bookings.
• Conduct annual performance audits of GS vendors for efficiency and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
