Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Experience with PCBA processes or manufacturing desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing process instructions (MPI)
• Support design and optimization of mechanical tooling
• Participate in process flow analysis to improve efficiency and manufacturability
• Conduct basic Design for Manufacturability (DFM) assessments
• Support failure analysis and troubleshooting under guidance from senior engineers
• Assist document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, test, and production
• Participate in training sessions and hands-on learning in PCBA equipment and processes
