Responsibilities

• Delivers new colleague orientation.
• Monitors development plans.
• Oversees performance analyses.
• Develops training material, lesson plans, assessment and evaluation for training modules.
• Ensures that the training process is properly coordinated, monitored, documented and evaluated.
• Coordinates and facilitates technical systems training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.
