Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years line-of-business (such as claims, customer service, etc.) experience and two (2) years training experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new colleague orientation.
• Monitors development plans.
• Oversees performance analyses.
• Develops training material, lesson plans, assessment and evaluation for training modules.
• Ensures that the training process is properly coordinated, monitored documented and evaluated.
• Coordinates and facilitates technical systems training.
