To facilitate training; to assess colleague career development needs; to develop training programs and materials; and to deliver programs when appropriate to analyze, improve and manage performance.
Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience: Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years line-of-business (such as claims, customer service, etc.) experience and two (2) years training experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $45,027.00 - $49,000.00 USD Annual.
