Job summary

ALASKA POWER ASSOCIATION is seeking a Training and Development Administrator in Anchorage, Alaska. This role focuses on creating, implementing, and maintaining talent development initiatives, along with overseeing training data and supporting employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience with Learning Management Systems. The organization offers competitive benefits, including health plans and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or HRIS system.
• Experience in coordinating training and development programs.
• Experience in supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of culture initiatives.
• Serve as system lead for the Learning Management System.
• Maintain organizational data with quality assurance review.
