Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent Early Childhood Education experience and competencies.
• Prior experience coaching and teaching adults.
• Experience with early childhood development, mental health, or related work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Alaska license preferred.
• Background check, references and valid ID required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development services to early childhood and school age professionals.
• Offer CDA support, verification, and coaching.
• Deliver on-site and off-site professional development following adult learning principles.
• Assist programs toward national accreditation standards and Learn & Grow processes.
• Input and maintain program data using database systems; support families and staff with diverse needs.
