Job summary

Alaska Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Training Director based in Anchorage, Alaska. This position focuses on managing impactful training initiatives with a budget of approximately $1 million and reaching nearly 10,000 participants annually. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or has significant experience in training development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in training development/coordination.
• Experience in the behavioral health or healthcare system preferred.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.
