Responsibilities

• Supports development and delivery of learning and talent development programs
• Provides stakeholder consultation and creation/delivery of learning resources
• Delivers programs to live audiences in-person and virtually
• Provides stand-up classroom instruction
• Reviews materials for quality, content accuracy, and outcomes
• Fosters relationships among HR, management, business units and partners
• Updates program data and makes recommendations
• Provides reporting and data analysis of learning metrics
