Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Learning and Development Associate I or II to support employee learning and development initiatives in Alaska. The role focuses on providing structured training and development opportunities aligned with SCF’s objectives and the needs of Alaska Native communities.

The position offers progression from Associate I to II as demonstrated capability grows, with targeted certifications (ATD Essential) required within the first year of hire.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in training, vocational, adult education, human resources, or related field.
• Two years of demonstrated experience as a Program Coordinator II or equivalent.
• Have one ATD Essential certificate, or equivalent, within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learning and development responsibilities to support SCF in achieving corporate objectives.
• Progression between job levels is based on demonstrated ability to handle more progressively responsible assignments.
