Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development to lead enterprise employee and leadership development programs. The role partners with L&OD, Sales, Operations, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable learning experiences and measurable outcomes.

Requires strong program management, data-driven decisions, and governance to drive organizational capability. Location options include Pleasanton, CA or Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, organizational development, training or talent development.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience managing complex, cross-functional training programs.
• Experience with LMS and virtual/digital learning platforms.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Experience with training evaluation, metrics, reporting and data analytics.
• Experience managing RFPs, vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and governance of development programs.
• Design and manage programs aligned to enterprise talent priorities.
• Establish program measurement strategies with dashboards and reports.
