Simpson Strong-Tie is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Training to lead their operations training initiatives across North America. This role involves defining and executing a comprehensive training strategy, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and workforce readiness. The successful candidate will oversee the development of onboarding programs and technical training frameworks, ensuring consistent high-quality training execution. This is a full-time position located in Gallatin, TN, with travel requirements and the opportunity for relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations training.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-site training initiatives.
• Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Operations Training strategy and roadmap.
• Design and scale production onboarding processes and programs.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify skill gaps.
