Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office and learning new digital tools.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.
• Develop and coordinate engagement activities that reinforce learning objectives.
• Manage learning paths, course catalogs, and enrollments within the LMS.
• Generate and distribute learning and compliance reports.
