Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to lead onboarding and compliance training initiatives across the U.S. You will manage Workday Learning, develop curricula, and collaborate with HR and operations leadership to improve learner adoption.

The role involves cross-functional work with Supply Chain and Transportation, and a travel obligation of up to 20%. A strong background in adult learning and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field.
• Experience delivering onboarding and compliance training.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for smooth new-hire experience.
• Roll out core compliance training programs.
• Administer Workday Learning content, learner engagement, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SOPs for LMS administration and publish self-help articles.
• Serve as Workday Learning liaison to HRIS for training content and assignments.
• Update training content for accuracy and compliance.
• Track training completion and program effectiveness.
• Create instructional materials and e-learning modules.
• Provide support to employees and managers on training questions.
