Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to identify learning needs, design and deliver training solutions, and support onboarding, safety, compliance, and technical skill development. The role collaborates with leaders, trainers, and SMEs, maintains training records, and uses performance data to improve learning effectiveness.

The position emphasizes partnership with multiple functions, development of training materials, and ensuring strong training consistency across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, facilitation, or operations support.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with learning systems, training records, reporting, or other administrative learning processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or other fast-paced business environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs in partnership with site or business leaders and align learning priorities to business needs.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver learning solutions for onboarding, compliance, safety, quality, technical skills, and role development.
• Partner with trainers, supervisors, and subject matter experts to develop materials, support knowledge transfer, and strengthen training consistency.
• Maintain training records, learning assignments, and LMS administration activities, and support required reporting for the facility or business.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, observation, and performance data, and recommend improvements when needed.
• Support change initiatives, process updates, and operational priorities by ensuring learning plans and communication are clear and practical.
• Build strong working relationships across Operations, HR, EHS, Quality, and other partners to support employee development and business performance.
